This week, we’re exploring a home at Clover by the Park. Designed with a sleek modern minimal style, this residence combines functionality with timeless elegance. From its clean lines to bespoke features, this home exudes sophistication while staying true to the owners’ personal style.

We completely transformed the house by hacking everything! The storeroom was removed and replaced with a sleek dry kitchen, while the wet kitchen was extended to enhance functionality and create a more practical layout.

We removed the bench platform seating at the entrance, which was built on the existing bay window concrete block, and replaced it with a low-height storage cabinet, effectively concealing the bay window.

We replaced the bathtub in the master bathroom with a shower, creating a more spacious layout. A custom suspended mirror was added above the basin for a sleek touch. For the shower niche wall, we chose earthy-toned mosaic tiles to serve as the standout feature.

For the kids' room, we completely revamped the space, creating a more functional layout with a new bed, wardrobe, and study table to suit their needs.

We redesigned the entire master bedroom, incorporating a hidden walk-in closet with a concealed door for a sleek look. The dresser table was placed in front of the window to maximize natural light, seamlessly leading into the spacious master bathroom.

We hacked down one wall and replaced it with synchronized full-height sliding doors for the study room. The study table was designed with an L-shaped, turnable desk, providing extra space and flexibility.
